sinuata Common Name: Glandular Cape Marigold, African Daisy Flower Color: Yellow, orange, white, salmon Plant Type: Herb, Annual Height: To 1 foot (30 cm) tall Date Observed: March 13, 2005 & April 23, 2005 Notes: The flowers have 1 inch (2.54 cm) long rays with dark bases, forming a ring around the dark-centered disks. The toothed leaves are oblong to oblanceolate. These African plants are often found in wildflower mixes and have become naturalized here. |
