Notes: The allergenic flowers are 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) wide and are followed by fruit with shiny, cream-colored wings. The dark green leaves are narrow and thread-like. This native, desert shrub is straggly and rounded with numerous, slender branches. The crushed foliage smells like cheese.
