Notes: The up to 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) wide flowers bloom in May and June and have green to bronze anther filaments and a whitish to reddish style. The 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) diameter stems have usually 0 to 2 spines (up to 4) per areole. The fruits are green to yellowish.
