The tubular, 5-lobed flowers are up to 2 inches (5 cm) wide and are clustered at the branch tips. The leaves are dark green, leathery, and lanceolate or narrowly elliptical. This commonly cultivated, introduced shrub has become naturalized in some riparian areas. |
