Notes: The pea-like flowers are found in terminal clusters of 8 to 25 flowers that emerge from the leaf axils. The flowers are followed by coiled seedpods. The dark green, pinnate leaves have 3 leaflets that are toothed near the tips. This introduced, forage plant occasionally escapes from cultivation.
