Notes: The 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide flower heads have 4 to 6, white, petal-like rays surrounding the central, yellow disk flowers. The leaves are stiff, grayish green, and have sharp tips. It blooms twice a year, once in the spring and again after the summer rains.
