Notes: The 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) long flowers are vase-shaped and have 4, curled petals lined with maroon veins. The leaves are elongated, triangular, lobed lower on the plant, and the leaf bases clasp the stems. This native wildflower blooms in the spring.
