Notes: The 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) wide flower heads have square-tipped, 5-toothed rays. The rays are fewer and broader than those of R. californica and there are no tack-shaped stem glands as with Calycoseris wrightii. The leaves are pinnately-lobed.
