Notes: The 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) wide flowers have 5, wrinkled, spoon-shaped petals. The seedpods are 3-winged and often reddish in color. The leaves are hairy, green, opposite, and narrowly lanceolate. This native, desert vine has slender, tangled stems that twine through other plants.
