Notes: Poisonous. The 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) long flowers have an inflated spur extending behind them and are followed by long, slender, curved seed capsules. The leaves are blue-green and highly divided. The similar C. curvisiliqua has more strongly curved flowers. This native, spring wildflower grows in sandy areas.
