officinalis Common Name: Yellow Sweetclover, Yellow Sweet Clover Flower Color: Yellow, white Plant Type: Herb, Annual, Biennial, Perennial Height: To 5 feet (1.5 m) tall Date Observed: April 26, 2005 Notes: The up to 1/4 inch (7 mm) long flowers are in long racemes. The pinnate leaves have 3, toothed leaflets. This introduced weed is similar to M. indicus but it's taller and has larger flowers and elliptic-oblong to obovate leaves with more pointed tips. |
