Plants in the mainly northern temperate Honeysuckle Family (Caprifoliaceae) are perennial herbs, subshrubs, shrubs, trees, and vines with opposite, simple or compound leaves, tubular or bell-shaped flowers with an inferior ovary and usually 5 lobes and 5 stamens, and fruit in the form of a capsule, berry or drupe.
